1) To ensure the matching look and feel about our products with displayed images on our website, Dura Fashion insists to provide our own product images. However, at certain times, the colour of the products displayed may not represent the actual item color due to photo lighting and color touch up for clearer visibility purposes.
2) For bank transfer payment, kindly complete the transaction within 48 hours, either using online (MAYBANK2U,CIMBCLICKS,Bank Islam) or manual transaction (ATM machine). If you feel 48hours is insufficient, feel free to discuss with us on the available options immediately.
3) When contacting us via email, we will reply within 48 hours. If you do not receive any reply from us after 48 hours, kindly call us to confirm. We sincerely apologize for the delay as we might be fully occupied.
4) If you have made an overpayment, please email us with your account number. We will refund the balance via bank transfer. If you insist us to put the balance inside the parcel, we will not responsible for the any losses during shipment.

6) Once payment transaction has been completed, email us a copy of the proof of payment / receipt to us. Please state date/time/bank. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Do email us at order@durafashion.com that you have made the payment and the details or else we won't know.
7) After confirming your payment, we will deliver your item to the address you have given during checkout process. Please allow 4-5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia and 5-7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak for the item to be shipped out. If back out happens, there will be no refund.
8) When you are shopping with Dura Fashion, you are automatically agreed to all Terms and Conditions.

Return Policy
1) All goods will be and are inspected carefully before shipping. If there are any defects on the items, please contact us and return to us together with the return form given immediately in 5 working days after you received the item. We give more priority on hand sewn products; especially Pearl Raudhah Hijab to maintain the quality. Products returned later than 5 working days after received date will not be entertained.
2) All goods must not be washable & must have Dura Fashion label or tagging. We will not accept any return if it is already washed.
